How do I place an order?

Simply add your desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase using our secure payment methods.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product. Contact us at support@bevonmart.ca

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within UK only.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 9 to 12 business days, but times may vary based on your location. Delivery Time: Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Transit Time  (8-10 business days) = 9 to 12 Business Days 

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What are your shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.95 on all orders within UK.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed, contact us with your order details, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. For more information refer to Return & Refund Policy page.

How long does delivery take?

9 to 12 business days.

Are there any return shipping fees?

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Upon receiving damaged or defective goods, contact our customer service within 48 hours. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Can I use multiple payment methods?

Currently, we accept one payment method per transaction.

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the total cost.
